This
gorgeous hand made black lace and satin headband is built upon a satin covered hard shelled U shaped headband that measures
approximately 1 1/2" wide at the widest point. The hard shell "under" band is covered with a beautiful gold
satin and that is then covered with a thin lace. This large thick HB is 2 3/4" wide at the front of the headband and
tapers down to approximately 1” at the ends.
At a very young age Balu Salinas needed to express herself and started to design her own accessories. In 1990 she
began her own line of handmade accessories with exquisite headbands made of pearls, sequins, rhinestones, beads and crystals.
After being shown at the Dallas Apparel show and then in New York her line is now known worldwide. Many of the finest
