This Shark is approximately 1 1/8 to 1 1/4" wide at the widest spot. the "handle" at the top of the Shark is curved
and bordered on either side by a rounded point that is independent of the shark. The shark has a silver colored "spring"
clip that is not covered but is not obvious from the design of the shark and the shark's top handle, which opens the
clip. Although this is a gorgeous hair accessory piece that is designed to be functional. This clip would work well to
hold medium to longer lengths. It works to hold a portion or all of a section of hair securely in place. The finish is
made of a fine acetate and is hand polished.
