The Fred & Lola line, born from the inspiration provided by Fred the Terrier and Lola the Bulldog, is brought to life by the creative talents of Elaine Appelson. After five years in the corporate world, Elaine decided to take her hobby to the next level and launched a line of one-of-a-kind glass earrings. Her designs were launched on the streets of SOHO, NYC alongside other neighborhood aspiring artists. This fabulously feminine pony has an Art Deco inspired enamel flower affixed with two metal loops to the soft and stretchy black pony elastic. The charming enamel floral piece is in a serene and luscious lavender shade with a center pistil of a singular sparkling lilac hued crystal. The floral piece measures approximately 1 1/2" in diameter. The black pony elastic stretches to approximately 2 1/4" and can hold up to 2" of hair depending upon texture. A dreamy and elegant pony for day to evening wear. Fred & Lola signature mark is on the underbelly of the floral piece. The Fred & Lola collection grew to include hair accessories and jewelry and can now be found in specialty boutiques and galleries nationwide. Elaine's designs have also been featured on the pages of Bridal Guide and Modern Bride magazine and are worn by the cast members of The Guiding Light.
