This traditional houndstooth patterned trendy faux wool (material blend) wrapped U
shaped headband measures approximately 1" at the widest top section of the band and tapers to much smaller at the tips
of the covered ends. The ends of the headband measure approximately 1/2". The headband is approximately 5
1/2" when measured from the middle of the top of the band to the ends. This band might not work as well
on larger than normal heads or for anyone with excess hair that might interfere with a smooth line of the band.
This band is best worn 1-3 inches off the hairline since the ends of the headband are designed to rest behind the
headlobes near the middle point. This band does not contain teeth but does contain a double row of black edging
on the underside of the band. Wear this band as a decorative accessory or wear it as a functional headband to hold back
hair. To anchor more tightly to the head use bobby pins at the very ends of the band to hold snugly to the head. Great
value.
