This unique adjustable bandeau has three rows of black sequins outlined with tiny round seed beads. The underside of the bandeau is lined with a black soft faux velvet. A stretchy satin section adjusts with a plastic slide buckle. The bandeau is approximately 1" wide and has a stretch circumference of approximately 16 1/2" - 20" depending on the position of the buckle. Imported.
