Product Details
The soft caramel hued jaw contains 7 curved teeth on each side for a total of 14 teeth that will secure any updo, sassy hair twist or other updo that you wish to adorn with this spectacular wool gardenia flower. The jaw measures approximately 1 3/4" from the top of the jaw's sensuously designed "handle" to the bottom of the jaw's soft teeth. The jaw opens approximately 2" and will hold approximately 1 1/2 to 3 inches of hair. This jaw clip has two almond shaped opening carved on either side of the jaw's top to make it easier for you to open and close the jaw without damaging the delicate wool flower.
Soft smoky black wool material covers the gardenia shaped petals which vary in length from approximately 1/2" to 1 1/4 inches and fan out from the center tightly closed flower bud that extends approximately 1/2" from the center of the base of the flower. The entire gardenia design seductively erupts from the base of the jaw's handle. Bordering the gardenia (which is securely wrapped with a soft dark strap around the jaw's top) are two leaves in a matching wool material and white shade. The leaves are etched with small lines to give them a more realistic look and feel.
The gardenia's petals contain thin matching black wires that allow you to carefully mold and shape the petals on the flower to fit your desired hairstyle. Each of the the flower's petals are carefully arranged to maximize the spectacular arrangement. In some cases the petals are glued to the bridge of the clips. Before attaching this gorgeous creation be sure to carefully mold and bend the petals to form your desired floral shape.
