Linda Levinson has transported her years in the fine jewelry trade to her exquisite hair accessory designs as demonstrated by this gorgeous silver barrette sprinkled with pearls and sparkling clear crystals. Exquisitely crafted, this luxurious silver barrette is imported from France and then hand finished in the USA. Linda Levinson has an extensive background in fine jewelry and a keen love for antiques which combine here for an ornate and well-balanced design. Each piece is hand crafted using a combination of Swarovski crystals and semi-precious stones. Items are first hand cast in pewter and then plated in antiqued silver or gold finish. This particular piece is plated in antiqued silver with an Art Deco and floral design. Five sectioned squares feature an intricately designed border with either a Swarovski crytals or freshwater pearl at the corners of each squared sections. The squares serve as a frame for the delicate floral design within of a five petaled flower in clear Swarovski crystal and a center pearl pistil. This barrette is an elegant accessory for day or evening affairs, or even a vintage dressed bride. The barrette measures approximately 3 1/4" in width and 3/4" in length. With a double clasped hinge release, the barrette will hold approximately 2" - 2 1/2" of hair depending upon texture. A truly timeless piece.
