by this elegant baby pearl & Swarovski inspired crystal brooch barrette. A stunning assemblage of sparkling crystal
wings on silver. Exquisitely crafted, this luxurious silver barrette is imported from France. Linda Levinson has an extensive
background in fine jewelry and a keen love for antiques which combine here for an ornate and well-balanced design. Each
piece is hand crafted using a combination of Swarovski crystals and semi-precious stones. Items are first hand cast in
pewter and then plated in antiqued silver or gold finish.
A vintage inspired piece, this spectacular barrette in a butterfly design has twelve delicate silver lines in various
lengths to form the wingspan on each side of the center body. The wings are encrusted in sparkling white Swarovski crystals
with a pearl dop at the tips of each of the twelve lines. The center body is encrusted in Swarovski crystal with one
larger center crystal, and two delicate silver antennae with a crystal on each end. A suggestion: ask you local jeweler
to add a brooch clip to the back and wear the piece alternately as a brooch or barrette. The barrette measures approximately
2 1/2" in width and 1 3/4" in length. The spring release barrette can hold up to 1 1/2" of hair depending upon texture. |
