by this delightful Swarovski crystal, & pearl double fly barrette. Vintage inspired master design, this luxurious
hand crafted gold barrette base is imported from France and then hand finished in the USA.
Linda Levinson has an extensive background in fine jewelry and a keen love for antiques which combine here for an
ornate and well-balanced design. Each piece is hand crafted using a combination of Swarovski crystals and semi-precious
stones. Items are first hand cast in pewter and then plated in antiqued silver or gold finish.
This stunning barrette is a design inspired by the fabulous art of Majolica in its display of nature's spectacular
critters. The body of each fly is a large beautiful brown topaz hued semi-precious stone. The wings are
a webbed cast of golden brown Swarovski crystals and ornate gold lines. The head is a circle of baby white
Swarovski pearls encircling a large matching Swarovski crystal. The automatic style barrette finding measures approximately
2 1/4" and is lined with a chocolate brown velvet ribbon. The flies measure approximately 1 1/2" at widest wingspan,
and are 2 1/2" in length. |
