inspired art. Vintage inspired master design, this luxurious hand crafted gold barrette base is imported from France
and then hand finished in the USA.
Linda Levinson has an extensive background in fine jewelry and a keen love for antiques which combine here for an
ornate and well-balanced design. Each piece is hand crafted using a combination of Swarovski crystals and semi-precious
stones. Items are first hand cast in pewter and then plated in antiqued silver or gold finish.
This stunning barrette is a design inspired by the fabulous art of Majolica in it's display of natures spectacular
critters. The body of the bug is an alternate striped pattern of peridot hued Swarovski crystals and ornate gold lines.
The wings are a webbed cast of turquoise stones and ornate gold lines. The head is an oval of baby white pearls encircling
three smooth, polished turquoise stones. The gold antennae feature two round peridot hued Swarovski crystals. The
barrette measures approximately 2 1/2" at widest wingspan, and is 2 1/2" in length. |
