ManicPanic is a conditioning semi-permanent hair color fortified with an herbal
and protein complex. It
can be used to achieve intensely bright colors on hair that has been
professionally lightened to a very light blond, and on some natural
blond hair.
If your hair is not already pre-lightened, to achieve
the best results with the Manic Panic color it is recommended that you first
apply the Manic Panic Flashlighting Bleach Kit to pre-lighten your hair.
You
see Manic Panic heads everywhere you turn from turquoise haired rockers, ravers
with yellow day-glo do's, fuschia locks on high fashion models, hip hop kids
with multi-colored strands. Eccentric film genius Stanley Kubrick predicted in
his "A Clockwork Orange", that "the world would be filled with
heads colored more colors than in the rainbow, with faces that glimmer and
glitter".
Some colors, particularly the dark
reds, dark purples, or dark greens may give a highlight of color to
natural dark unbleached hair, and may be brighter on lighter on more
porous hair.

MANIC PANIC Hair Color is not
recommended for people with more than 10% white hair. A strand test is

comes in a 4 ounce (118ml) sealed plastic jar and is ready to be used.

Directions For Use:
- Shampoo hair using a pH Acid Balanced Shampoo. Towel dry.
- Empty desired amount into a plastic bowl ( 1/2 bottle for short hair,
full bottle for long hair) Apply evenly with a tint brush
- Do not apply to scalp, but 1/2 inch from scalp. Saturate hair
thoroughly. Comb evenly through the hair until it becomes frothy.
- Leave on hair 5-15 minutes.
- Rinse hair thoroughly, away from the face.
Ready to use - do not mix with peroxide.
Ingredients:
Deionized Water, Beeswax, Ceterayl Alcohol and Ceteareth-20, Mistletoe Extract,
Hops extract, Yarrow extract, Chamomile extract, Acetic acid, Methylparaben.
May contain one or more of the following : CI Acid Blue 9, CI Acid Green
25, CI Acid Orange 7, CI Acid Red 35. CI Acid Yellow 3.
Never Tested On Animals.
Additional Notes:
- Product works best on hair that is pre-lightened to a very light blonde.
- Some colors may give highlights to darker hair.
- Fades gradually with each shampoo.
- Always Do A Preliminary Patch and Strand Test first.
- Avoid Eye Contact.
- Wear protective plastic gloves for application.
- Use Petroleum Jelly around hair line and on ears.
- May temporarily stain skin and may permanently stain clothes and other
materials.
