Product Details

From Medusa's Heirlooms, this jaw features the delicate appearance of antique-glass inspired wings in the purity of white with silver hued pieces representing the veining of dragonfly wings. The center body of the dragonfly is rendered through a bountiful assemblage of sparkling clear crystals with two additional stones at the antenna ends. There are four glossy, milky white moonstones on the wings with the edge of the wings freckled with more clear white crystals. The base of this design is a dark silver hued metal claw with four curved teeth on either side and a tiny white daisy on both sides of the clasp. According to Native American folklore, the dragonfly represents a carefree spirit, and swiftness and activity. The jaw opens to approximately 1 1/2" in width & will hold approximately 2-3" of hair. The wing span of the dragonfly measures approximately 3" at the widest distance, while the jaw measures approximately 2" in length. Please note that since this is a hand painted design there may be some tiny differences in the paint strokes and etchings.
