Although they are called "pink" tourmalines, the stones are actually much closer in color to a deep rosy red shade than a traditional baby or pale pink. Pink Tourmaline is rumored in the mystical world to promote female balance and protection. According to various legends tourmaline in all colors protects the wearer against dangers & misfortune. Tourmaline is the birthstone for October, and would make an unforgettable gift. Each earring from this stunning set dangles approximately 4" from the very tip of the curved fishhook style silver hued earrings to the bottom of the Pink Tourmaline teardrop inspired semi-precious stones. These earrings each contain 5 Pink Tourmaline semi-precious stones. The Pink Tourmaline stones are all approximately 1/4" in diameter section. These flirtateous and incredibly gorgeous Michelle Roy Stillettos were hand-crafted in the USA by Michelle's special jewelry fairies.
