Neat stuff!, May 21, 2004

You apply this to DRY hair and scrunch or twirl curls into place. The only reason why I give this a 4 and not a 5 is the smell. It's got alcohol in it (derived from plants so it's not the bad kind), and well it sorta smells like that upon application. Seems to go away after awhile.
