I ordered the Trial package of Phyto products which included the defrissant. I have curly hair , which I color and highlight faithfully every 7 weeks, Straighten frequently , and blow dry every time. I was ending up with dry frizz instead of curls. I used this product in conjunction with the Citrus Shampoo and Mask, amazing. You know how hard it is to get shine with Curly hair, well my hair actually shines. And the curl is beautiful, no frizz, very soft. I frequently wear my hair up for work, which results in frizzy hair with a big bump in the back after letting it down. But not now. After a long work day, I let it down and it's still beautiful, soft and shiny. The only way you'll really believe is to try it yourself. You definitely won't be disapointed.

Reviewer: Kristine (Texas)I've been using the Phytodefrisant Relaxing Baum for almost a year now, and it's made my normally frizzy hair bouncy, full, incredibly shiny and enhanced the loose curls I have to look like I've just stepped out of a salon. I normally do not have hair anyone would want, but I've received SO many compliments about my hair since using this product. The frizziness has absolutely disappeared, which is amazing to me. I can blow dry my hair (which I normally don't, I just usually let it dry naturally) and straighten it and get the most amazing results - my hair looks so thick, full, shiny and full of body. I used to have thinning, frizzy hair that broke off at the root and would split, but now using the PHYTO line (especially the product I'm reviewing), I have hair that people tell me they wish they had. It's amazing to me to be able to have such healthy, enviable hair. I never thought it would happen! I do sound like an advertisement, but this haircare line is amazing to me. I'm really psyched about the Limited Time Special 5.9 oz. size - I just purchased it and know it will last awhile. I'm happy (I mean REALLY happy) with my hair for the first time in my life. After shampooing with the "Phytospecific Intense Nutrition Shampoo"
I simply rinsed the shampoo out of my hair, towel dried it and smoothed another product called: "PHYTODÉFRISANT" over my hair. It's a botanical hair relaxing balm and after I applied it and blow-dried it, I immediately noticed that it was more shiny than usual. So when I took a small section and flat ironed in with my curling iron, I could not believe how easily my hair was straightening...
After I finished flat-ironing my whole head, I didn't even recognize my own hair! LOL... I couldn't stay out of the mirror for the next 20-30 minutes, because I was in so much shock! Sorry to sound like a commercial, but I can't HELP IT!
I had finally run across my hair's dream come true. :)
That was 3 days ago, and my hair is still in the same perfect unweighed down condition. I can't wait until tomorrow, so I can wash my hair again. LOL I never thought I would actually have FUN washing my hair!

It is not heavy at all unlike a lot of gels and serums. It makes your hair softer and easier to straighten with each use. You can never use enough of this product on your hair. The best thing about this product is that it is virtually weightless. You can use it with any other product as well. If you are to ever invest in a straightening product, this is the one to buy.

This produce works wonders for my fine wavy hair to get it smooth and sleek. I liked the non oily, non sticky texture. I used a nickel sized dollop for my just below the chin lengh bob, and it did not weigh my hair down, though it did not amp up the volume either. My hair felt like... HAIR!!!. The first time I used this product was for an outdoor barbecue in Hot Hazy Humid weather. After 5 hours outdoors, not a single frizz was to be found! I like the fact that I can now get smooth shiny sleek hair with a natural texture to it too!
