Tips For Sending RMA Packages Back To HairBoutique.com

Once you have received your authorized RMA# from HairBoutique.com the following tips will help to streamline and safeguard the return of your product.   Please note that any returns received at HairBoutique.com without a prior approved and authorized RMA# will be automatically rejected and returned to sender at their cost.

1. Follow the packing and shipping guidelines of your designated shipper.

HairBoutique.com regrets that they can not be held liable for any return packages that are lost, damaged or destroyed in the return shipping cycle. Hairboutique.com will only accept returns shipped in an appropriate box.

Any items returned in any other containers such as padded or other types of envelopes will automatically be refused.

Visit the website of your desired return shipper or call their customer care line for directions.

2. Insure the package appropriately.

Check with your shipping agent for recommendations.

If a package is lost during shipping back to HairBoutique.com, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipper. In cases where an item is lost or is never received, it should be noted that shipping agents will only correspond with the original shippee for tracking and claims information.

Although HairBoutique.com would certainly like to help in these circumstances, history has shown that shipping companies will not provide any information to HairBoutique.com and only to the original shippee.

3. Mark the RMA# on the outside of the package so that it can be clearly seen by the HairBoutique.com team.

Any return packages received without a clearly marked RMA# will automatically be refused and returned at full shipping costs to the sender.  It is recommended that you use a black marker or similar visible mark so that the RMA# will be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
