Subject: Warehouse Pickup

Why should I select Warehouse Pickup as my shipping method?

  • Its free! Save on shipping costs if you live in the DFW metroplex
  • Its convenient! Pick up your items the same day, or within 5 business days, and you won’t have to worry about lost packages or having to be available to receive or sign for your package.

What do I need to do to pick up my package?

  • First, if you are located in the DFW metroplex, select “warehouse pickup” at checkout
  • Next, print off your confirmation email, and bring it with you along with your state issued photo ID & credit card used to place the order (Sorry, for security purposes, only the authorized card holder can pick up orders)
  • Then, 1 hour after placing your order, come to our warehouse located at 651 N Plano Rd, Suite 401, and come around to the back and enter the door that says “HairBoutique.com Customer Pick Up”
  • Finally, a representative will ask for your confirmation email, ID & credit card upon arrival, and have you sign off that you have picked up your order, then you will be on your way!

When can I place and pick up my order?

  • Orders placed M-F 9a-4p will be available for pick up the same day, just 1 hour after being placed; orders placed after 4p or on the weekends will be available for pick up the next business day after 9am.

What if I am unable to pick up my package within 5 business days?

  • You will be charged our normal restocking fee with the balance refunded to your card

How do I cancel my order?

  • Sorry, no cancellations can be made once an order has been placed

Can I return my products at your warehouse?

  • All returns must first be pre-approved by our customer care department, and follow our normal return procedures. Please contact our customer care department at: customercare@hairboutique.com in order to request a RMA, within 14 days of picking up your product. Please inquire with our customer care department about returning your product to our warehouse.

If I have problems or need to add more products to my order, who should I contact?

  • Please contact our order line at 866-469-4247 option 1, and they will be able to assist you with your order.

How Do I Get there?

  • From 75 N/S, exit Arapaho and head East on Arapaho. Head South on Plano Rd. Turn right into the Richardson Business Center and go behind the building on your left. The customer door will be halfway down on your right.
