I have to confess that I am an Aromatherapy junkie. I have been using
aromatherapy for years in everything from massage oil to room fresheners to
energy boosters.
The Lavender Fields line from Aura Cacia is designed to be relaxing and balancing. The base recipe for any of the Lavender Fields products (soaps, bath products and hand and body lotions) includes lavender, lavandin and spike lavender.
I love the Aura Cacia hand and body lotions because you get maximum bang for
your buck. Not only do you get the wonderful benefits of the lavender
aromatherapy but you get soft and silky skin.
I always have more energy than I know what to do with. So I usually
find that my body is tired but my mind is racing. I have learned to take a
wonderful hot bath with lavender scented candles and soothing music. After
I get out of the tub I dry off and then slather the Lavender Fields body lotion
all over my skin. I always apply a little to my neck so that the aroma of
the lavender will linger as I nestle in my lavender scented bed and relax right
into a wonderful sleep.
It took me a long time to figure out how to relax so that I could sleep but
Aura Cacia's Lavender Fields is a big part of my sleep equation. I also
like to use the body lotion when I am having a stressful day. I will pop
into the bathroom and slather some on my hands and immediately I feel myself
relax and chill out.
I have to say that the Aura Cacia Hand & Body Lotions are wonderful
products. I acutally have all the different version from Energize to
Euphoria. I find that every one of them delivers on their promises.
I recommend this product highly.
