At HairBoutique.com we make every attempt to avoid any errors in pricing, product information or product
image displays, but we are only human. This Web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be
complete or current. HairBoutique.com therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including
after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note
that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel
or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Although we do our best to offer the best pricing available when possible, we are often bound by reseller
contracts and agreements with our vendors, distributors and manufacturers that require us to charge a suggested retail
price (SRP) on certain items. In those cases, we are unable to modify any pricing.
HairBoutique.com is unable to offer special discounts on bulk orders or special orders as we are a
retailer, and as such do not sell to other resellers as HairBoutique.com is itself a reseller and not a manufacturer,
with the exception of HairTopia products.
Descriptions, Information & Image Accuracy
All of our stocked hair care products (shampoo, conditioners, accessories, hot hair care tools, etc.,)
are subject to change without prior notice, due to the manufacturer’s production cycles and various procedures. These
changes, no matter how slight, are often beyond our control. Please remember we are a reseller in these cases,
not a distributor or manufacturer.
We ask that you please understand that the various manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations in their
products. We will reflect any changes to the products, when possible, in the website descriptions and the related images
as soon as we become aware of them. Although we always try to reflect the exact product image, sometimes the manufacturers
will provide us with altered images that are slightly different.
